Alot has happened in the last year and a bit. I got a second tattoo, I went to a few concerts such as KISS, Loverboy and Sticks.
My Culinary Schooling has been going great. In March I got moved up to banquet cook and Mr. C's steak and seafood cook. I take great pride in my food. It has also earned me a nickname in the kitchen. My Kitchen name is Roboito or just Boito "bapita boopi".
Since my co-workers and I never have much time off to go out and socialize. We would all get together after work and have jams, bondfires, go out to the bars and play darts, or watch the UFC fights. During the summer before work or on our days off we would go and play golf at work. since we are employees we get free golf. Our courses are PGA level so there long as fuck but we would slam a few beers before we played and it improved our game alot, its weird?.
Right Now Im in the second half of my 3rd semester doing my externship in the workplace and its going Great. When I graduate I plan to take another program in Nurtition Managment.

This year im not just taking cullinary school im also doing music schooling getting my grades and in a few year my degree from my Guitar teacher,Mentor,inspiration and Great friend Fredrick brooks. He has been my guitar teacher for the last 4 years and I think he is the best teacher ever. I can talk to him about anything, he has helped me get through some rough times through casual talk and music. For the last 6 months Fred and I have been co-writing a song. The song is about my brother. I cant say anymore about the song, even the title because the copyright process is not finished yet. The song is finished and now fred, his son Emerson and I are going to record it in his recording studio. The song will be ready by January 2010.

As you can see my life is busy busy with school work and music. The only person I have chilled with besides work and college buddies is my good friend Katrin. She is such a sweetheart. I only see her about once every 3 months.

For the Future I cant tell you, Im an Artist in the culinary and music world. what path i choose, one or the other or both, only time will tell.
